For projects that are moving forward, we schedule a consultation a focused conversation about your space, your objects, your timeline, and any requirements we need to understand before developing a specification. This usually takes 20 to 30 minutes and can happen over email or a call, whichever suits you.

After the Consultation

We develop a specification and quote based on everything we discussed. For straightforward projects this can turn around quickly. For complex institutional builds or multi-case installations, we will let you know upfront how long the specification process will take.

There are no surprises, no pressure, and no obligation until you confirm an order. We would rather spend time making sure the project is right for both sides than rush into a fabrication commitment.
