From there, we guide the project through a careful design and fabrication process that ensures the final display case performs exactly as expected.

1. Consultation

We learn about your space, your objects, your timeline, and any design requirements. The more detail upfront, the smoother everything that follows.

2. Design and Engineering

We develop a full specification and, for complex projects, produce drawings for your review. Revisions happen here — before anything is built.

3. Fabrication

We build to order, targeting 4 to 6 week lead times from confirmed order. Faster than the 8 to 16 weeks typical across the industry.

4. Delivery and Installation

We ship across Canada and the United States. Local and regional projects include white-glove delivery and installation by the team that built the case.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every case we build is made to order. You give us the dimensions of the case your space requires, and we fabricate to those exact specifications. Our standardized product line, Obsidian Display Cases is where we have size and design guidelines, but because everything is built to order, we can customize to suit!

Standard is 6mm Tempered Glass for most builds, low-iron where colour neutrality and clarity are a priority, and UV-filtering glazing for museum or archival applications where light exposure needs to be controlled.

Yes. Frames are available in standard anodized finishes or custom powder-coat. If you have a brand colour, an existing interior finish, or a specific RAL code, we can match it.

We target 4 to 6 weeks from confirmed order to delivery — significantly faster than the 8 to 16 weeks common across the industry. Lead time varies with project complexity, so we will give you a specific timeline during quoting.
Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States. Cases are packaged for safe long-distance transport and arrive ready to install.
For local and regional projects, yes — white-glove delivery and installation by the team that built the case. For shipped projects we provide clear installation guidance.
Yes. We work regularly with architects, interior designers, and fit-out contractors. If you have drawings, we work from them. If not, we develop the specification together and can produce drawings for your team.
